Keystone STAR 4 Center
The Growing Tree is a PA Licensed Facility where inspections occur yearly by Department of Human Services. Keystone STARS is a high-quality rating system that promotes quality improvement in early learning programs and school-age child-care. The STARS Program is a voluntary program that recognizes child-care agencies that exceed minimum licensing standards. Our programming is designed to achieve higher standards for health, safety, teach qualifications, educations, environment, and management beyond what is required by DHS.
